Once you’ve found the problem, you can remove it with the anti-virus app you used to scan. About 30secs to 1 minute after booting into Windows the computer starts lagging heavily. I used to blame it on wuauclt.exe, but your solution fixed it immediately. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? You will need to download Update Service Agent 7.6, Windows Update KB3083710 and KB3012810 from Microsoft update downloads. That said, it would not be uncommon to have up to 15 or more svchost.exe processes running on the machine, which each process referencing multiple Windows Services. Solution3 (and some tricks of solution4) did the thing!
