There is only one memory dump included in the uploaded files (it's from 11-02-2010). Some of the most experienced PC techs here and around the net still despise registry cleaning though. I have updated the driver for my NIC card, but not sure what to do about the NT Kernel & System part.

I believe an unistaller is the safest way to care for the registry. .dll files, considered by cleaner developers as part of the registry, seem to me to be the trouble I have disabled Driver Install from Windows Update. This does not mean that there isn't a BIOS/UEFI problem - rather it means that the problem is less likely to be with the BIOS/UEFI, so I prefer not to challenge I do usually steer clear of registry repair programs, but I was desperate and CNET highly recommended this one.
I have been experiencing crashes and BSOD's for about 1 year, but it's kind of intermittent. The Radeon SSD Guru reports that ACHI is OFF but, it is Enabaled in BIOS, the BIOS flashes "ACHI init ..." at startup. Yes, 5 days ago ... I am not sure about the 'on chip sata port 4/5 type'.
As for needing more ram and a new graphics card, I am quite aware of that need, but limited incomes don't allow much for upgrades, but thanks for the advice.
